As a young designer, I was raised on print design. I have a great appreciation for the process of putting ink to paper, and the tactile experience provided by the medium.
Web and interactive media reflect a rapidly changing way of interacting with information and individuals, and that excites me. I have been designing for the web since the beginning of my career, and I have extensive experience in the use of HTML, CSS, Flash, and many other web technologies.
Not all graphic design is flat. Environmental design requires thinking about the experience of graphic design from many different perspectives, attitudes, and activities as they exist in the "real world". While I do not have much professional experience in environmental design, I am very eager to learn.
I am not in this for the wealth or celebrity. I am a graphic designer because I enjoy doing it. In addition to using my powers to help other people, I create projects for myself that I find challenging and intriguing. It keeps me on my toes.
